Guinness Cupcakes

The unusual-sounding but delicious Guinness cupcakes.  Not too sweet, and there is no overwhelming "beer" flavor.  Got the recipe from Big City, Little Kitchen.

I thickened the icing by putting in just 1 Tbsp of milk and more sugar than the recipe called for (experiment to see what consistency you like).
