Amethyst Three-Strand Necklace

I feel like I must have been a pirate (or perhaps a bird) in a former life, because I love shiny things!!   I mean, come on, this is sooo beautiful!

With these gorgeous Czech glass beads from Fire Mountain, I made this three-strand necklace and earrings set (the colors are much more muted because I turned the flash off):
